Returns & Exchanges
At Zolven, we want you to feel confident in every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right in a fair and transparent way.
1. Return Window & Store Credit
- Timeframe: Eligible items can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Store Credit: Returns are issued as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase and is valid for 30 days.
- Processing: Once your return is approved and processed, store credit is typically issued within up to 10 business days.
2. Helping Us Resolve Issues Quickly
To ensure we can fairly assess each case, we may ask for a simple unboxing record.
- The Record: If possible, please record a continuous unboxing video and/or photos showing the condition of the package when it arrives.
- Why it helps: This helps us understand what happened clearly, resolve issues faster, and protect both our customers and our small studio from unclear claims.
Note: If you don’t have footage, please still reach out—we’ll do our best to assist you depending on the situation.
3. When Returns Are Eligible
We’re happy to help if you receive:
- A damaged or defective item.
- A product that does not match its description.
- An item that is significantly different from what was shown in your order.
Note: If the issue is caused after delivery (for example, mishandling or wear), we may not be able to process a return.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind, that’s okay. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging.
Note: We’re unable to accept items that show signs of use or damage.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items from our Sale section.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
6. Exchanges & Store Credit
At this time, we offer store credit for approved returns. You can use your credit toward any future purchase on Zolven within 30 days.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping fees may be deducted from the issued store credit.
8. Return Confirmation
Once your returned package arrives at our studio, we’ll begin processing it within 3 business days.
- Approval & Credit: After approval, your store credit will typically be issued within up to 10 business days and automatically applied to your account.
- Notification: You’ll receive a Return Confirmation email with all your store credit details as soon as it has been processed.
