At Zolven, we know the excitement of waiting for your materials to arrive. Every order is a step closer to your next creation, and we work quickly to get your supplies from our studio in Surabaya to your workbench as smoothly as possible.
1. Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options depending on how quickly you need your supplies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weekends, public holidays, or courier conditions.
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on location).
- Fast Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in selected areas).

Same-Day / Instant Shipping: Delivered within 1 business day (available in Surabaya only).
2. Processing & Dispatch
We work efficiently so you can start creating sooner.
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM WIB are usually shipped the same business day; Orders placed after 12:00 PM WIB are shipped the next business day.
- Shipping Schedule: We ship Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear.
3. Shipping Protection
We highly recommend adding Shipping Protection for extra peace of mind. While we carefully pack every order, this protection ensures your order is covered in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- Coverage: Covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages regardless of the courier.
- Claims: Eligible items will be replaced or refunded based on the case.
Note: Shipping fees and protection costs are non-refundable.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, we may not always be able to make changes after checkout.
- Cancellations: Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Otherwise, you may return it after delivery.

Order or Address Changes: If an update is needed, we may need to cancel your order so you can place a new one with the correct details.
5. Frequently Asked Shipping Questions
- Where do you ship from? All orders are shipped from our studio in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia.
- Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within selected regions. We’re working on expanding shipping options in the future.
- Do you ship on holidays? We do not ship on public holidays. Orders placed on those days will be processed the next business day.

Do you offer price adjustments? To keep pricing fair for all customers, we’re unable to offer price adjustments after purchase.
